About Me
I am a skilled Facilitator and Coach with a wealth of experience in bringing about positive change. With a focus on collaboration, execution and creating positive tension, I have transformed the ways of working in a number of organisations and delivered complex portfolios of work.
Drawing on Agile and Lean Startup principles, I facilitate tough trade-off decisions to gain the alignment and direction needed to empower teams so that they can move quickly, iterate and learn what will achieve the desired customer and business outcomes. This work is underpinned by building a shared vision and relationships of trust.
I have held a number of leadership roles - including on the Senior Leadership Team at 2degrees after their launch, Principal Lean|Agile Practice Lead and Principal Consultant at Assurity Consulting and Product Delivery Lead at Serko.
As a Coach, Consultant and Trainer, I have worked with organisations of all sizes - from startups to some of NZ’s largest companies. I am a certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC), Cognitive Edge Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master. And I have worked across a broad range of industries including telco, construction, financial services, media, health, agriculture, government, utilities, and travel.
